The restaurant that embodies ‘La Dolce Vita’!

Tucked away in an oh, so narrow Via Fuorlovado, lined with upscale boutiques and fine restaurants is Angelica Capri Ristorante, a small place, but big in personality. Young Alessandro, owner/executive chef and his equally young good-looking staff took such good care of us even before the food came, you’ll find yourself grinning because the vibe is just perfect. The food is simply amazing. Trained in some of the best restaurants in Europe, including Alain Ducasse organization, Alessandro and his kitchen team turns out some of the most well textured, refined and delicious pasta anywhere. ‘Angelica’ is named in honor of his mama and nonna. We seriously didn’t want to leave the place, especially after he found out that I love ol’ Blue Eyes/Frank Sinatra, he proceeded to blast the place with Frank’s version of The Isle of Capri. This place is a must visit, if you want to truly experience ‘La Dolce Vita”!

An unforgettable culinary experience at Angelica

We had a wonderful dinner at Angelica during our stay in Capri. The cuisine is inspired by the traditions of Campania and prepared with excellent local ingredients. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The homemade pasta was particularly memorable. The service was warm, attentive and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxed and elegant. Thank you to Alessandro and the whole team for such an enjoyable evening. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Capri.

Best meal we ate on Amalfi Coast & the lemon linguine the best pasta I’ve ever eaten! They’ve won awards for it! Friendly owner, worth going back to Capri just to eat here again

Expensive food is bad. We ordered a mackerel and a nhoque, a water and two limoncello sprir and we paid 161 euros (almost 1,000 reais). They charged up to the service to sit down. Absurd!!!
