Exorbitant prices for terrible service and rude staff (with a few exceptions). After paying a full 45 euros for a miserable sunbed, they forced us to stay on the terrace under a ridiculous straw covering, sunny and with sunbeds packed one against the other. In the afternoon, because I had moved into the shade for half an hour, I was reprimanded by the staff "because I couldn't be there," as I would have had to pay an extra 20/30 euro difference (for a spot a meter away from mine). I TOTALLY DISRECOMMEND IT!

Bagni Internazionali Capri is a lovely seaside restaurant known for fresh seafood and a relaxed coastal vibe. It’s one of those Capri spots where you can enjoy a long lunch with the sea right in front of you — simple, delicious dishes that taste like the island itself. Booking is easy via email, and if you’re arriving by private boat, the restaurant can send a small boat to pick you up, making the experience feel extra special. For land access, you can take a taxi to Marina Piccolo, then enjoy a short walk along the waterfront to reach the restaurant. Food is a bit slow so don’t feel so hungry.

★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience We chose this restaurant because of its beautiful location and reputation, but unfortunately our experience was unacceptable. When ordering, the waiter explained one of the dishes incorrectly. As soon as the dish arrived, we realized it was not what had been described. We immediately informed the staff, did not consume the dish, and politely asked for it to be replaced. To demonstrate our good faith, we ordered another meal instead, which we did eat and paid for. Despite this, the restaurant insisted on charging us for the first dish, which had been returned immediately and never consumed. What could have been resolved through a respectful conversation quickly escalated into an extremely unpleasant confrontation. A woman from the restaurant behaved aggressively, raised her voice, insulted us, and even threatened to call the police. Although the police were present and we remained calm and cooperative throughout the discussion, the restaurant staff locked the exit gate, preventing us from leaving until the dispute was resolved. This was an extremely distressing experience. After we finally left, I briefly recorded the beautiful beach view outside the restaurant. A man who appeared to be the manager or head of the establishment came after me, shouted insults, repeatedly called me “stupid,” attempted to take my phone, claimed that filming was forbidden, and continued following me through the streets of Capri. I had only filmed the scenery, not the restaurant or its staff, and I firmly refused to hand over my phone. We ultimately paid for a dish that we never ate simply to end an increasingly hostile situation. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What truly defines a business is how it treats its customers when a mistake occurs. Sadly, the lack of professionalism, the aggressive behavior, and the way we were treated transformed what should have been a pleasant meal into one of the worst experiences of our trip to Italy.

This place is a hidden gem. The food was amazing and they made great recommendations and were very friendly. The gf bread and chocolate cake were fantastic gluten free desert options!!
