★☆☆☆☆ – Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience We chose this restaurant because of its beautiful location and reputation, but unfortunately our experience was unacceptable. When ordering, the waiter explained one of the dishes incorrectly. As soon as the dish arrived, we realized it was not what had been described. We immediately informed the staff, did not consume the dish, and politely asked for it to be replaced. To demonstrate our good faith, we ordered another meal instead, which we did eat and paid for. Despite this, the restaurant insisted on charging us for the first dish, which had been returned immediately and never consumed. What could have been resolved through a respectful conversation quickly escalated into an extremely unpleasant confrontation. A woman from the restaurant behaved aggressively, raised her voice, insulted us, and even threatened to call the police. Although the police were present and we remained calm and cooperative throughout the discussion, the restaurant staff locked the exit gate, preventing us from leaving until the dispute was resolved. This was an extremely distressing experience. After we finally left, I briefly recorded the beautiful beach view outside the restaurant. A man who appeared to be the manager or head of the establishment came after me, shouted insults, repeatedly called me “stupid,” attempted to take my phone, claimed that filming was forbidden, and continued following me through the streets of Capri. I had only filmed the scenery, not the restaurant or its staff, and I firmly refused to hand over my phone. We ultimately paid for a dish that we never ate simply to end an increasingly hostile situation. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant. What truly defines a business is how it treats its customers when a mistake occurs. Sadly, the lack of professionalism, the aggressive behavior, and the way we were treated transformed what should have been a pleasant meal into one of the worst experiences of our trip to Italy.

This place is a hidden gem. The food was amazing and they made great recommendations and were very friendly. The gf bread and chocolate cake were fantastic gluten free desert options!!

Last year, the single sunbed cost €36, this year it has risen to €60, incredible. They promise a front-row view of the stacks, but instead, they give you a terrace that overlooks the back of the adjacent establishment. I totally do not recommend it.

We arrived for lunch and we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. The waiter was attentive and he recommended a delicious rose wine which we enjoyed. He also recommended some fish balls as a starter which we also enjoyed. The waiter recommended lobster linguine which we both had but when it arrived we could not find any lobster meat in the shell even though the waiter brought out utensils to pull out the lobster with. When we mentioned this to the waiter he said the meat had infused into the sauce which we thought was laughable. We had previously had the same dish at a different restaurant and we had plenty of of lobster meat. I wouldn’t have minded but it wasn’t cheap. So beware don’t have lobster linguine here.
