Billy's Bar

Il lounge bar più spettacolare del mondo… un terrazzo nel giardino più bello d’Italia ( primo in classifica), quello della villa dimora di Axel Munthe. È’ il Billy’s Bar ( un omaggio alla scimmietta di axel, grande bevitrice). Menù croccante con alici e burrata, carpaccio di pesce spada, bruschettone caprese e saltimbocca. Divina la torta anacaprese, mandorle e limone. Aperto fino alle 18. Visitare il museo e bill’s bar è un must da very conoscitori.

Der Besuch der Villa entfernt den Besucher schon vom Besucherrummel, der Garten und dann das Café noch mehr. Es ist ein schöner Ort mit toller Aussicht, wo man einkehren sollte. Das Preisniveau ist allerdings etwas gehoben, wir haben das einfach als einen Zuschlag für die Location gesehen.

What a great spot! Simply, one of the best views. We stopped in for 30 minutes, some of us had coffee and cocoa and some of us had Prosecco! Service was great, management was kind - it was quick visit but something I often think about as one of the best views.

Relaxing and delicious lunch with spectacular views! We enjoyed our paninis (I got the eggplant one - yum, yum!), prosecco, and espresso at Cafe Casa Oliv. They have a small, but delightful selection of treats. I highly recommend stopping there before or after visiting the beautiful Villa San Michele.
