A small and pleasant restaurant situated on the ruins of the ancient "Greek walls", Buca di Bacco lies right in the heart of the historic center of Capri.
The vaults that cover the rooms together with the interior design made of dark wood provide a warm atmosphere with character.

The menu features traditional dishes, including seafood specialities and '"Neapolitan style pizza"' cooked in a traditional wood burning oven. Don't forget to order the sfilatino: the most famous pizza of the restaurant.
An excellent selection of wines guarantees the perfect accomapniment to every meal.

It is a small restaurant/pizzeria a short walk from the main square. Its main attraction is an original wood oven, located at the entrance, from which you can see "live" how they make and bake the pizzas. The food is good, the service is ok. Very popular among tourists, who are the majority of the customers. We found the prices quite high, compared to other restaurants in the area and of the same level. There is not much else to report.

Pizza normalissima pagata come una cena a 2 portate + dolce. Personale direi svogliato. Unica nota positiva la finestrella vista mare davvero bella come un quadro. Troppo poco per dire che ci tornerei.

Out of the way, small and quaint, where locals eat Everything so fresh and delicious! The melon with prosciutto and the pizza were the best bites I’ve had the whole trip, paired with a glass of their local whit wine! So so good. We loved it all.

Come da titolo ironico. Localino molto vicino alla famosa piazzetta. Non facilissimo da trovare perché poco nascosto l’ingresso (comunque è indicato abbastanza bene). Buon accoglienza. Interni ed arredi in stile rustico. Menù della tradizione locale con opzione pizza. Cucina casereccia di buona qualità con valida materia prima, soprattutto le verdure. Anche la pizza non è niente male. Veloce e cordiale il servizio Rapporto qualità prezzo, direi buono, calcolando che a CAPRI i prezzi sono ben più alti della media nazionale. Consiglio questa location per un pranzo o una cena informali e se vi piace la pizza napoletana.
