Hotel Excelsior Parco is situated halfway between Marina Grande, where the island's port is located, and the Piazzetta, the heart of Capri's glamorous social whirl. Guests who would rather not walk to the port or the Piazzetta (both of which just a pleasant, fifteen minute stroll away) can use the hotel's complimentary shuttle service, available from 9am to 9pm.

Almost all of the hotel's individually appointed bedrooms open out on to sweeping sea view terraces, designed so as to provide the perfect venue in which to enjoy Excelsior Parco's delicious organic breakfast or a romantic candlelit dinner for two. A selection of gluten free and low calorie dishes are always available. On request, the hotel's restaurant service also caters for small receptions, organized on the terrace or in the garden.

The hotel has two Jacuzzi pools, one immersed in the green of the Mediterranean garden, the other on the solarium terrace from where a magnificent view of the Bay of Naples can be seen. Moments of unadulterated luxury. Memories to cherish.

Amazing staff and service. Room had an incredible view, a rooftop patio with a hot tub and day bed. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. The staff made our stay very comfortable.. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Great accommodations for a boutique hotel..

Everything from the staff to the amenities was absolutely perfect!!!! There is nothing too big the staff will not do for you. Cleanliness is over the top and the views are breathtaking!!! You don’t even have to leave the property as a full restaurant is on site, from breakfast to dinner

It was my wife birthday and she wanted us to visit Capri for the first time.I was not completely convinced since Capri felt like a superficial celebrity destination .I was proven totally wrong 😊.This charming boutique hotel is simply amazing The rooms are large and nicely decorated.Location is prime being close enough to all attractions and far enough to enjoy a peaceful night ( and they provide a free car service to Capri Center).But their top feature is the outstanding staff making any effort to make your stay memorable.They are simply passionate about their job and it shows big time with undivided attention to your needs or interests.Fantastic place we’ll certainly visit again.THANK YOU to the whole team 😊🤗

Wow! 🤩 This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! The moment we stepped off the ferry, an ambassador guided us to our driver. The staff took care of our bags while we enjoyed a drink in the gorgeous garden. The property is simply amazing and every interaction we had with the staff was spectacular. The shuttle is convenient while exploring Capri. Our hostess was exceptional at helping us plan our outings to make the most of our time. Staff is prompt with communication. We were sad to leave this slice of paradise!

Both the port and the Piazzetta can be easily reached on foot (a 15 minute walk) or with the hotel's shuttle service, the latter available free of charge, from 09.00hrs to 21.00hrs.

For those guests wishing to arrive in true style, the Excelsior Parco organizes private transfers by motorboat or helicopter.
