Il Saraceno

So relieved to find this wonderful restaurant tucked away in a small square outside of the main chaotic plaza of Anacapri. It's worth walking a short way out of the central square for. In the shadows of a local church, with bells chiming, Il Saracena offers plenty of outdoor dining tables, the food here was simple but very Italian. We enjoyed the fresh Insulate Caprese (Buffalo cheese and Tomato salad) the Prosciutto and Melon salad and fresh pizzas, washed down with a few beers. The waiters were very friendly, attentive and happy to make recommendations.
