On warm, summer evenings the large terrace with view of the Bay of Naples provides the perfect setting for a romantic candle-lit dinner.

An ideal venue where to host an aperitif or wine tasting, L'Olivo's wine cellar was created in what was once an ancient tavern, and is home to over 12,000 bottles of the very finest Italian and international wines from more than 1,000 distinct labels.

It cannot be that a restaurant with two Michelin stars serves, as a first course, a pasta with sauce, which is, by the way, worse than what I prepare for my son at home. I have been visiting this restaurant for several years, but this year I found it to be really worse. Even dishes that I usually order, like the Bresse chicken, served in two courses, were poorly cooked. Anonymous desserts. I believe I will not return anymore.

I paid 1,600 euros for three people, where the harmony was totally destroyed by the thumping bass from the rooftop bar Zuma as well as the wine package which was a bad compromise that would fit any menu, raised this with the management and Guide Michelin by email without response….. However, the food was well cooked, well presented and amazing - however, the experience was ruined by the club music and weird wine pairing option Not recommended.

He and his husband took a set, nothing good at all. Speaking as a lover of good restaurants. Not tasty, not memorable, Michelin stars seem to be giving away anywhere.

Great food and everyone was amazing. The food was quite unique as expected at 2 Michellin star restaurant. Definitely an experience we will remember.

The Restaurant L'Olivo is located within the walls of the Capri Palace Jumeirah, Anacapri's world famous 5 star luxury establishment.
