Although more than 50 years have passed since they first opened their small sea-edge eatery, the Arcucci and Gargiulo families continue to run the Fontelina with the very same passion and enthusiasm; serving the same delicious cuisine and offering customers the kind of heartfelt hospitality for which the islanders are known and loved.

The restaurant is open for lunch and it can be combined with a day by the sea. Fontelina's rocky beach is not suitable for young children.

Ha deluso le mie aspettative….. devi conoscere sennò ti mettono dietro a tutto.. solo al ristorante sono stati molto gentili.

La vista vale la visita. Menu molto curato e cibo decisamente delizioso. Place to be and to be seen. Il servizio potrebbe essere più attento, ma tutto sommato una tappa è consigliata, soprattutto a pranzo.

Come da titolo. Frequento da anni il ristorante. Sempre è stato TOP il servizio e chiaramente la location ha uno charme quasi unico. Devo dire che quest’anno , a parte gli aumenti dovuti credo al ritorno al completo dei clienti stranieri, ho notato meno cura su antipasti e dolci nonché porzioni più “asciutte” rispetto al passato. Rimane sempre una delle 3 migliori location del genere sull’isola ma quest’anno sono uscito un poco deluso soprattutto al palato.

Boa comida, atendimento satisfatório. Nada exepcional pelo valor cobrado, mas aceitável pela localização. Comi em melhores restauranres pelo mesmo valor.

The Fontelina restaurant is located on the tiny beach at the foot of the Faraglioni, in one of the most beautiful corners of the Island of Capri.

You can reach Fontelina by boat or on foot, using the steep, downhill path which starts just beneath the Punta Tragara viewing point. If you don't fancy making the uphill return journey, you can always take the restaurant's shuttle boat service to Marina Piccola instead.
