La Palette

I had reserved another restaurant, near the Matermania Cave, known for having a beautiful view, into which I didn't even go upon realizing it would be treated unpleasantly. Since I am staying on the island, I don't have the pressure dictated by the rush of a "day trip," which makes many accept anything. Following the Matermania Road, after doing the beautiful Pizzolungo trail, I came across this restaurant. Besides being very beautiful, the view presents itself at a complete angle, a postcard that includes, but is not limited to, the sea. The service is correct and courteous, as is the food. We ordered appetizers and regional "primos," which paired very well with a rosé wine from Campania. It was a privilege to find this restaurant, which closed the trail properly, and made us forget that tourist trap.

With that view, even a bruschetta would be fine. But instead, you eat very well. With a touch of uniqueness. Friendly but attentive service. Price in the average for Capri.

Restaurant with an excellent sea view from the terrace at the end of Via Botteghe; you have to walk through the not-so-well-lit alleys for 15 minutes. Good preparation of the dishes (perhaps a little too much garlic) and also the presentation. Service was good. Quiet place with a relaxed atmosphere
