Le Terrazze

We came today on the recommendation of a guide. It's a big restaurant, nothing very fine, not bad to eat, but nothing especially noteworthy. The waiters offer to add a bonus (tip) for them on the ticket, but I told him that I was going to leave it in cash, because the suggested amounts started at 15% (in a lunch of 80 Euros it was 12 or more ) and I thought a lot because in Sorrento and in italy from what I have seen, it is styled to leave one to three Euros, not more. Besides the lackluster attention, I left them nothing. In total we pay for 2 people E 80. I didn't like that the waiter didn't bring the ticket, he took out my account with a pencil on any piece of paper, and there he added and gave him E 80! Since I thought it was too much, I left him nothing. I'm sure in the official menu the sum was no more than E 60 for two plates of pasta and two bottles of water, but I don't have how to know, because I never saw the official ticket It's the job of the restaurant owner or boss to see that they make their own employees and see that they don't abuse their customers. Besides, this waiter got upset because he was gonna pay her cash. Service besides being regular, the waiter was disturbed that he did not let him add the tip to the VISA card (Which was very expressive with his attitude) The place also doesn't have a nice view of the coast

Terrible tourist trap. Poor food and extremely overpriced drinks, substituting ordered items for other ones more expensive. This place needs to be avoided, the guides who recommend it need to be asked why!!! It’s not fair on the visitor who will more than likely never be back!!!

I ate at this nice restaurant for the first time and it exceeded my expectations.great food and courteous staff .for sure I will return

Very poor food quality at the restaurant, and the knife on the table was dirty. The restaurant manager took leftover bread from a neighboring table and placed it on ours. After I complained, he replaced it.
