My husband and I dined here while vacationing in Capri and left very disappointed. The waiter brought over the fish of the day and enthusiastically described each option. He repeatedly told my husband that the rockfish was his absolute favorite and strongly recommended it. I chose the flounder. To be fair, the menu indicated that the fish was priced by weight. However, neither the waiter nor the menu gave any indication of what the final price would actually be. Since the other entrées on the menu were generally in the €25–35 range, we had no reason to expect that our fish selections would cost €100 and €90. We understand that fresh fish can be expensive, and we have no objection to paying premium prices when we know what to expect. What we found troubling was that the waiter repeatedly promoted a particular fish without ever mentioning that it would cost nearly four times as much as most of the menu. A simple estimate of the expected price would have allowed us to make an informed decision. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the rockfish—the dish that was recommended so enthusiastically—was not particularly good. It was the most expensive item we ordered and ended up being the least enjoyable part of the meal. The food overall was acceptable, but the combination of a surprise bill and a disappointing signature recommendation left us feeling that the restaurant prioritized upselling over customer experience. Future diners should ask for the estimated euro cost of any fish sold by weight before ordering.

WE'RE FOOLED, STOLEN! NO INDICATE!! Please read! We were in a group of 9 people, we had booked a table. When we went to order the food, the group mostly wanted to order the “smaragd” spaghetti dish that is made with fish. The waiter promptly warned us that these seafood were frozen and that he would have the option of fresh seafood, he took the tray with fish, and other animals, showed us and said that he could serve the fish with the pasta for €100 that would serve 4 people, and we could order 2 dishes of this that would serve 8 people, because one of the people is vegetarian. We asked for the price menu he said he didn't have, but guaranteed the value of 100 euros and that so would be even more accounted for the group. We ordered beer, drinks, and everything was fine and wonderful until the time of the bill. We were charged €160 extra for the fish plate, which should be €100 for 4 people, that is, €25 each, but we were charged €45 per person, in addition to the items. We found it weird, we tried to talk to the waiter, and by coincidence (or not), the same was happening with the next table, exactly the same thing. They charged not only the food they encouraged to ask for a fresh dish that they did not have on the menu, but also added other things they had not asked for. IT BECAME CLEAR THAT THIS RESTAURANT DOES THIS WITH ALL TOURISTS. It wasn't an isolated case. Not only did it happen with us and the table next to us, but it happened for a long time (read comments). I hope that comment will help others not go to that thief's restaurant. The problem was solved with the “owner” who gave a “discount” and made the value of the dish we would order, the smaragd spaghetti.

Note zero. Poor restaurant , we were fooled with €160 extra . And at the time we were complaining, some tables next door were also dissatisfied.
