Lo Smeraldo

I do not recommend it. It is rare for me to give a bad review.

The food was very good and we were able to eat in the little time we had, barely thirty minutes. There were five of us and, given the lack of time, we let ourselves be guided completely by the restaurant's recommendations, trusting their judgment. However, the bill was a surprise: approximately €60 per person (not including wine or expensive drinks). At no point were we informed of the prices, nor were we offered a menu. A shame, because the food was excellent, but the lack of transparency and the fact that they took advantage of our trust and our time constraints completely tarnished the experience.

We ate very well! All very fresh fish of excellent quality. The place is simply enchanted: with that view you cannot help but stop here for lunch when you are in Capri. Very well-prepared and super kind staff. A special thanks to the owner *Elisa*, of a unique kindness that makes you feel at home. 5-star restaurant, well deserved. We are coming back!

Fantastic restaurant with amazing fresh food straight from the sea. Great views, really highly recommended to anyone. The only downside for me, a family member who's gluten free didn't get the option of GF pasta, so had to eat just prawns alone. Apart from that though, brilliant.
