We came to this beach club dazzled by the photos posted on social media, but the reality turned out to be a total disaster. Cleanliness is non-existent: I even found a huge clump of hair on the ground right near my sunbed. The structural facilities are terrible, with old, broken sunbeds that constantly get stuck. Furthermore, there is not the slightest space to move: the stations are all stuck to one another, eliminating any comfort and privacy. What drastically worsened the experience was the rudeness of the staff. We opened a simple pack of tarallini and the waiter approached in an extremely nervous manner, treating us very badly and ordering us not to consume them. A horrible place, poorly managed and definitely not recommended. Stay away from it

Best beach club in Capri for quality and price; the lady makes you feel truly at home and is infinitely accommodating. I will return every time I am in Capri; friendly, kind, and professional.

This review is written for all those who want to spend a day in Capri or are simply looking for places to spend the weekend. Do not book here! I will not comment on the beauty of the beach club because that is subjective; I will limit myself to posting photos to allow everyone to understand where they are booking and to express how I felt. For a moment, it felt like I was on a very low-budget airline during lunchtime! If you want to smell your neighbor's armpit, eat with them, or simply have your foot broken by someone lowering the backrest of their sunbed, this is the right place for you. If you like concrete, neglect, and are dying to have to dribble your way just to go down the stairs that lead to the sea, book with your eyes closed (I am not exaggerating, look at the photos). Do you want to feel like criminals? Try taking out a sandwich or a tarallo. Beach clubs of a much, much higher standard are much more flexible on the subject. The sea? You are booking in a port. Keep this in mind as an expectation so you don't ruin your day. How much does this paradise cost for 2? 100 Euros for 2 sunbeds, an umbrella, and a coffee. Advice to the managers: Here, things have objectively gone too far, and I am not talking about the price (which is in line with the madness of Capri) but about the very low-level services you offer and the objectively neglected beach club. You need to think about the well-being of the customers and not just about getting rich. Would you like it if you went to a renowned place, spent hours on a plane, only to find yourselves in a place like your beach club? You are lucky enough to live on an island that, with its past, allows you a great present. Commit yourselves to giving it a worthy future.

Scam LO SMERALDO! Took a private boat over, and they said, we owed that restaurant 100 for a landing fee, they held the boat until we paid! Both the boat company and the restaurant are in on the scam. STAY clear, you have been warned. Heed the warnings in the reviews of this place. There is a special place in hell for scammers!
