Lo Zodiaco

After roaming around the island of Capri all day, we came to Lo Zodiaco for dinner. Lo Zodiaco is located directly in the port of Capri, and was not as crowded as it typically is during the day and for lunch. We sat at a Table that was closest to the Marina and boats which was nice. The staff was attentive and broke down the menu, and several of the wines for recommendation. I asked about the Fish of the Day, and he said "hold on one minute". A bit later he came out with a platter of fresh fish with a lobster on top. I choose the Sea Bream based on his recommendation. And it did not disappoint. When the fish was served later, he had a small table next to ours, and then proceeded to filet and debone the fresh Sea Bream right in front of us. The fish was placed nicely on my plate with some excellent potatoes in a creamy sauce. It was absolutely delicious. My wife had the steak which she enjoyed. For dessert we had some vanilla gelato and a weird upside-down tiramisu which was amazing. We really enjoyed our dinner experience, and the fantastic service we received from the staff. Definitely A+, and thank you.

Location bella, zona esterna sul mare con grande potenziale. Tuttavia, nella cornice iconica del porto di Marina grande, si è costretti a sentire un sottofondo musicale tremendo, una playlist di cori da stadio e musica reggaeton assolutamente decontestualizzata. Il cibo niente di che, sconsiglio sia la caprese a 18 euro, che si compone di 100 grammi di mozzarella e mezzo chilo di pomodori sparsi, sia le patate al forno, sicuramente non cotte al momento, ma prima, perché molli anche all’esterno.

Ristorante per turisti con cucina scontata e pesce congelato a noi non ci è piaciuto nulla solo la pizza buona il resto solite cose e menù da turisti . Non ci ritorneremo più .
