Rosticceria Buonocore

Went for 4:00 pm Espresso and bakery treat in Capri. I asked about the pastry that I selected and the grumpy lady behind the counter said it was chocolate. I paid and when the plate of goodies was delivered I thought to ask if this was made with Nutella. She said yes and turned away from me. I advised that I specifically asked for chocolate and that she said nothing about Nutella, for which my wife is highly allergic. The lady was mean and rude and took back the dessert but didn’t offer anything else and I had already paid. I walked up to the counter and requested a replacement selection and she provided it to me and then demanded another 50 cents for the pastry. Disappointing experience for a guest that is visiting. Treat me like a paying customer who chose your store over many others, not as if you are doing me a favor. Don’t go here unless you want rude people serving you.

An ice cream that had to be like the best of goats with high prices... what did it taste like? only water...

We were lucky as there werent many people in the queue. One guy makes the cones and then another woman scoops the gelati and takes the cash. Beautiful warm cones and delicious icecream.

Located near Capri Main Square, this is a small ice cream shop. I tried the limone and orange flavors, which were delicious. However, they are quite expensive at 5 EUR.
