Capri gozzo boat tour on an Aprea Mare 32

Wonderful tour seeing Capri by boat. Seeing all the cliffs, caves and different water colors was spectacular. Vincenzo was the perfect guide so friendly and informative. Great value.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Capri Whales. After losing an anchor, the company charged us €120, even though the rental agreement clearly stated that the maximum charge for a lost anchor was €41. When we requested a refund of the €79 difference, they initially claimed that the prices in the agreement were outdated and needed to be updated. Later, they changed their explanation and said that the amounts listed in the agreement were only minimum charges, although the contract clearly states that they are the maximum possible charges for damage. The company then argued that the prices listed in the agreement were too low and that they could not buy a replacement anchor for €41. However, regardless of their current replacement costs, €41 was the maximum amount explicitly stated in the agreement that both parties had accepted. Despite the clear wording of their own agreement, they refused to refund the overcharged amount. I feel that we were misled and unfairly charged. Customers should be able to rely on the prices and conditions stated in a rental agreement. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly advise other customers to carefully check the contract, retain all documents and payment records, and clarify every potential additional charge in writing before renting.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish, we sought out Capri Whales specifically due to strong reviews but did struggle to find them along the marina, im so glad we percerviered with finding them by walking further down the marina away from the larger providers. The staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and accomodating especially our driver Luigi who was outstanding. His knowledge of the area, stories and little nuggets of information really brought the trip to life for us. We felt very safe with Luigi on the water and found him warm and accommodating. Also found the staff in the shop and those managing the water taxi warm and friendly too. The boat tour was absolutely stunning, the boat was clean and beautifuly preserved and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. A real highlight of our holiday!

The overall experience (starting from the first contact, price range and then, the pinnacle, which was the extraordinary service) was 10/10. Actually, it was 1000/10! Pietro, our skipper, is an encyclopedia in the region and a GREAT driver/pilot/commander! Recommend 10/10
